Cyportfolio employs a team of dedicated and highly qualified professionals. Although the company is fairly new (created in October, 2007), it employs well educated and professional individuals. Either being a feasibility study for your project or an estimation, Cyportfolio maintains highly qualified partners that will deliver quality in a timely manner.

The owner and director of the company is Mr. Andreas Kyriakides, a Cypriot native with eight years of experience in the Cyprus real estate market. “Through my working experience in the market, I came to realize that property in Cyprus was not been promoted correctly”!

Andreas says that promoting is not just putting an ad in the local newspaper for a specific property. “We, at Cyportfolio, translate promote into being a cycle where the interested party is guided through and never left alone”.
